Our Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Our postage is calculated according to the weight and length of the sticks, for shipping in the UK only.

If you wish to collect your stick from our affiliated hockey club, Sheen Hockey - please email us and we can refund you the postage.

If you wish for us to ship worldwide, please email us before placing an order and we will calculate the cost of shipping for you.

STICK RETURNS POLICY

We will happily issue an exchange or refund to the original payment method for any stick(s) bought from us, if returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

The stick(s) will need to be sent back in their original condition, unused with the packaging around the stick still intact.

Stick(s) that have been opened, used, damaged or returned after 14 days of us receiving them, will not be refunded.

You will need to email us to let us know if you wish to return or exchange your stick. We will then send the return address.

When returning sticks for a full refund, we will also refund the original shipping costs.

When returning sticks for an exchange, no new shipping costs will be incurred.

Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any sticks returned, as we cannot accept responsibility until we are in receipt of the goods.


STICK WARRANTY

All sticks come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. If a stick is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use within three months, then we will replace it free of charge. 

Due to the nature of field hockey as a sport, hockey sticks will become worn after a sustained period of use. Sticks are guaranteed against breakage for 3 months from receipt of purchase.

However the occurrence of chips, scratches, unraveling grips, stick tops/end cap, and rattles/loose particles inside the stick are not guaranteed. We also don’t guarantee against reverse hitting stick damage.

Loose particles inside the stick can normally be resolved by removing the end cap of the stick, turning the stick upside down and shaking the particles out of it.

For stick purchases over 14 days old but less than 3 months old please send back the stick to us.

Please email us for the returns address and return the stick along with a covering letter stating the fault and proof of purchase.

BOBBLE HAT RETURNS

Our bobble hats are not covered under warranty. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the hat, if returned in its original packaging and unused. We are happy to exchange any hat if defective upon receipt within 14 days.

We are also happy to refund you the price of the hat if you are not completely satisfied, including the shipping cost, once we receive it back.
